NITROFLATOR SERIES SOLUTION

HOW THE SYSTEMS WORK...

Nitroflators are fully automatic and virtually maintenance free. The units utilize very efficient nano scale membrane technology. Regular compressed air is filtered through a three stage filtration system.

Afterward it is heated to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The heated air is fed into the membrane where the nitrogen molecules are separated from the oxygen, moisture and other gases found in regular compressed air. The high purity nitrogen is then stored in a receiver tank.

Fully automatic controls ensure that the system produces Nitrogen gas on demand only. When the storage tank is at pressure, the unit automatically goes to stand by mode. As the nitrogen gas is used, and the pressure in the tank drops, the unit will automatically produce more PurigeN98

The systems feature internal purity sensors and controls. The purity sensor is one of the most accurate on the market and can be calibrated with heated compressed air with the flip of a switch. This ensures a more accurate calibration. All units are plug-and-play. Simply hook up the compressed air via a quick connect coupling and connect the unit to a standard 110 volt outlet.

Maintenance of the units is simple. Every six months the prefilters need to be changed. These filters are located behind an easy access door. The cartridge filters are easily changed without the need for special tools.

The NITROFLATOR SERIES represents our line of on-site nitrogen generation equipment. The patent pending systems produce a guaranteed minimum purity level of 98%.

MODEL LINE UP

Our systems are designed to perform in any condition and any temperature. Systems are rated on their hourly tire inflation capacity. All units require a compressed air supply with a minimum inlet pressure of 125 PSI. Units will work at lower pressure, but the tire per hour capacity is reduced. The unit’s heater and electronics require 120 volt electrical supply.

PD-24

With the capacity to convert 24 tires to PurigeN98 this unit is used by small car dealers, low volume quick lube’s, tire stores and general automobile service centers. The unit can work with the Puriflator and convert up to 6 tires at the same time automatically.

PD-72

This is our most popular model with ample capacity to meet
most needs found in large car dealerships, busy quick lubes
and tire stores. The unit can convert up to 6 tires at once,
and can handle truck tires on a limited basis.

PD-144

At a rated capacity of 144 passenger tires per hour or
12 large truck tires per hour this unit is our largest capacity units. This system is ideal for very large automotive shops,
and track locations.
