The Puriflator automatically converts up to 6 tires at once to PurigeN98. The operator hooks up the hoses to the vehicle and sets the pressure. The Puriflator will purge the air in the tire, and inflate it with PurigeN98. The device uses digital pressure sensors in order to accurately inflate the tire(s) to the proper pressure.

The inflator can be programmed to purge the tires up to five times. PurigeN98 recommends that the tires are purged at least two times. This procedure can be performed without having to lift the vehicle off the ground. When deflating the tires, the Puriflator will stop the deflation process at 4psi. This will ensure that the tire will not flatten completely, and that the bead will not break.

A regular passenger car takes approximately 7 minutes to have its tires purged twice, and inflated with PurigeN98. Larger SUV’s and small trucks can take up to 12 minutes to convert. The Puriflator requires no labor other than the labor required to connect and disconnect the tires to the system.
